The Condominium Document Reviews available here are for projects that have voluntarily completed the Condominium Viability Audit & Rating (CVA & R)  program available at Condo-Check.  The Condominium Viability Rating is comparable to a personal credit score.  The CVA & R is based on markers that measure the competencies in the Condominium Corporation's operation and governance, including all financial factors.  The Audit Report and Rating is kept current giving the consumer the most up-to-date information on the financial risk and ongoing viability of the condominium. 

For condominiums that are not profiled here, the standard Condominium Document Review is available. For condominiums that have completed the CVA & R program, we do not provide the standard document review service as the CVA & R is more extensive.  Condo-Check is in communication with the Board members and the Property Manager and recieves information on an ongoing basis.  The Document Review & Rating report is available for sale for the same cost as a standard condominium document review.  Select the condo from the list below to obtain a copy of the latest Document Review & Rating.
