The Condominium Document Review report includes the Rating of the Governance, Operations, Financial Mangement and Communication aspects of the condominium corporation.  As a condominium is unique to the style of governance practiced by the Board of Directors, each condominium is different.  To prepare this report the Board of Directors voluntarily open its books, minutes, contracts, technical reports and all corporation documentation to the Condo-Check Consultant.  A site visit, interviews with the board members and collaboration with the property manager and board members all contribute to a report that can be rated based on facts that are varified and monitored.
