Condo-Check is Canada's first company to
be licensed with CMVS Canada Inc. to provide the Independent Corporate Report (ICR) service to Condominium Corporations in Alberta.
Before ordering a document review check the CMVS Canada web site for a completed ICR for the condominium you are considering.
The ICR is a comprehensive review, completed in collaboration with the Board of Directors. This Report is the scored by CMVS Canada giving you the security of knowing how the condominium corporation is functioning before you invest in the project.
For the same investment as a document review you receive the ICR Report in less than 24 hours.
The ICR is based on a visit to the site, reviewing a minimum of two years history and having our questions responded to directly by the board of directors and the property manager.
The document review is based on the information made available by the seller of the unit and the salespeople during the final stages of the buying/selling transaction. The document review requires a quick turn-a-round, leaving limited time available to speak with managers and board members.
